Scope and responsibility
Costs change depending on whether the engagement covers calls only or also includes recruitment, onboarding, follow-up, CRM management, coaching and reporting.
There is no responsible universal price. The commercial structure depends on the offer, workload, customer journey and management scope.
Costs change depending on whether the engagement covers calls only or also includes recruitment, onboarding, follow-up, CRM management, coaching and reporting.
Call volume, average sales cycle, qualification quality, payment structure and the amount of follow-up all affect the operating requirement.
An engagement may use commission, fixed fees or a combination where appropriate. Exact terms must be confirmed in a written proposal and agreement.
Compare the price with recruitment time, management capacity, software, training, replacement risk and the internal attention required to run the function well.
Commercial comparison
A useful comparison separates the fee structure from the work, risk and management responsibility included in the engagement.
Estimate booked calls, attendance, average call length, follow-up volume and sales-cycle duration. Two businesses with the same appointment count may require very different levels of work when qualification and follow-up differ.
Ask whether recruitment, offer onboarding, CRM administration, call review, coaching, reporting and replacement coverage sit inside the proposal. A lower headline rate may leave most management with the client.
Commission calculations should state whether they use signed, invoiced or collected revenue and how refunds, payment plans and cancellations are handled. Written definitions reduce disputes and make the true engagement cost easier to forecast.
Include recruitment time, salary or commissions, software, training, management attention, quality control and replacement risk when comparing a direct hire. The correct choice is the model that fits the business’s capacity and need for control.

Vantage reviews the offer, appointment flow, sales process and fulfilment before recommending an engagement.
Ask which charges apply before launch, which continue during the engagement and how any commission is calculated. A commission percentage alone does not describe the total scope or cost.
Confirm when a sale counts as collected revenue, how instalments are treated and what happens after a refund, cancellation or payment dispute. The signed agreement—not an example on a website—controls the engagement.
Agree how appointment volume, time-zone coverage, additional closers and changes to the offer affect the proposal. Confirm review, notice and continuity arrangements rather than assuming unlimited capacity.
Vantage does not publish a universal price on this page. Terms depend on the assessed scope and must be confirmed before work begins. Apply for a sales assessment with information about your current offer and appointment flow.
Use the questions to ask a closing provider alongside the pricing discussion. Review the managed closing process to understand which preparation and oversight responsibilities belong in the scope.
